Login Methods

There are three ways to sign in to 9999 BD — choose whichever works best for you.

Log In with Mobile Number

The most popular and straightforward method. Simply enter your registered Bangladeshi mobile number and password to sign in directly. Most members prefer this option since a phone number is easy to remember.

Log in with Email

You can log in using the email address and password you provided during registration. This is especially useful if your mobile number has changed or as a backup login method.

Quick Login with OTP

You can log in via OTP sent to your mobile number — no password needed. Use this method if you've forgotten your password or just want faster access.

Login Security — Keep Your Account Safe

The 9999 BD login system is built to meet the highest security standards in Bangladesh. Your password and personal information are fully encrypted at all times.

• 256-bit SSL Encryption: All information is transmitted through encrypted channels during login.
• Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Enabling 2FA from your account settings adds an extra layer of security by requiring an OTP every time you log in.
• Device Tracking: You'll receive an SMS notification whenever a login is detected from a new device or unfamiliar location.
• Session Timeout: You will be logged out automatically after a period of inactivity.
• Brute Force Protection: Your account will be temporarily locked after 5 consecutive incorrect password attempts.

Having Trouble Logging In? Here's How to Fix It

Login issues can occasionally happen. Following the steps below will help you resolve most of them on your own.

• Confirm Password: Check that Caps Lock is off. Type your password manually instead of copying and pasting.
• Check Your Internet Connection: A slow or unstable internet connection can cause login failures. Check your Wi-Fi or mobile data.
• Clear Browser Cache: Clear your browser's cache and cookies, then try again.
• Reset Password: Click the "Forgot Password?" link and set a new password using an OTP.
• If Your Account Gets Locked: After 5 consecutive incorrect password attempts, wait 30 minutes or contact support.
• Contact Support: If none of the above steps work, reach out to us via 24/7 live chat.
